Looks like urinary tract infection. Have your urine checked along with urine culture. And in the meantime, Have frequent fluid intake, cranberry juice if available, healthy intercourse habits(genital hygiene), and urine alkalizer to reduce burning sensation. If urine infection is picked up, you might need antibiotics. So, lets us know after your urine RME is available.
