Gilbert Syndrome is a disorder of liver with defect in processing bilirubin so that it becomes high in blood and causes jaundice. Cirrhosis is due to toxins or agents causing liver damange commonly due to alcohol, hepatitis or other factors. Its different condition and have different line of treatment.
