past few weeks (almost two weeks) I can't hold the urine and urgently need to find a restroom nearby. is this a symptom of any disease

Your age, family history , past history,hx of alcohol /smoking and few other things are to be known. Inability to hold urine can be a symptom of some diseases. And there could be other sets of accompanying symptoms which you are not aware of. Visit your doctor and have a detailed evaluation.
