Paraphimosis my penis skin is hard it dont come up and down easaly i am 32 years old

Phimosis is the inability to retract the forskin whereas paraphimosis is the inability to reduce the retracted foreskin. Visit a urologist to diagnose the problem and its further management.

It might be a dermatological condition called lichen sclerosis as well which need medical treatment rather than surgi. please consult a dermatologist for this.
