My heart flutters/skips a beat in the exactly middle part of the chest but no pain. Is this unusual missed beats in the middle part of chest sign of danger? I am 35 years old, I don't consume alcohol and have no any underlying diseases yet.

Dear Slogan ji, It needs to do the investigations like ECG, ECHO to know and diagnose exactly if there is any problem in heartbeat or not! It is difficult to say by just the history!
