I m 30 yrs old male n have severe tricuspid regurgitation, which in known 2 yr back , i think i have no known symptoms but some time i feel while resting i got like shortness of breath n heart palpitation , i feel ao uncomfortable, i hav done echo 1 month early it shows same like 2 yr back report LA/LV dilation with severe TR n every other fuction are good now what should i do?
