Hello Doctor,My 3 months old Daughter had a running tears on her left eye,is this normal or infection? Pliz help me Thank you

it must be nasolacrimal duct block if there is no sticky pus like discharge. Massage at site between eye and nose, 2 to 3 minutes each time, 3 to 4 times a day for about 5 days. Should be ok.
