This is the first time I have checked my thyroid recently due to the symptoms occurred in my body. And it is found to be hyperthyrodism with 6.90. I have lost almost 5-6 kg weight in 5 months. Local physician doctor recommended me a neo-mercazole 10 tablet. Is it okay to proceed with this tab?

Yeah, its the medicine used to lower the thyroid hormone level. If your physician has prescribed, its okay. If you want to have second opinion with endocrine doctor, you can consult online by uploading reports too. Please go through this link for that: https://www.hamrodoctor.com/service/endocrinology
