Can oleanz of 7.5 mg cause Gynecomastia?

Olanzapine (Oleanz) has the lower risk of Gynecomastia than other antipsychotics such as Risperidone. Also the dose of medicine (i.e 7.5mg) is minimal as compared to it’s uptimal strength. Hence, make sure whether it is Gynecomastia or not and consider other medications or physical causes. Get opinion from your doctor instead of making a self diagnosis. Thank you.
