I've been suffering from anxiety of fear after sudden death of my family member and followed by family misunderstanding which cause to encounter headache and high blood pressure (150/90) while triggering attack. Normally, my BP remains to 110/70 to 120/80. Should I prefer to go Psychiatrist or Cardiologist or both?
