Can the retrodiscal tissue/ligament in case of tmj disc displacement without reduction cause loss of hearing???

Cant be clear much regarding the question . But TMJ dislocation may have some problem in hear as they are located nearby. Need to do detail evaluation to find out the cause of hearing loss.
