Hello, I have been diagnoseD with obsessive compulsive disorder. I would like to ask whether there is any type of brain scan that can give quantitative or qualitative information about the severity of the disorder

Brain scan would less likely show any abnormality in OCD. Its better to consult a psychiatric doctor and start medicine and also visit for psychotherapy.
