if two people are covid positive can they stay together with maintain distance and use same wash room and if there is no symptoms how long after they can test again

Yes can stay together. Repeat test is not mandatory; one can be out of isolation after 3 days of disappearance of symptoms if its been already more than 10 days.. Test can sometime be positive for months too..
