1. Lessen the Bed Rest

 The different studies suggest that long-term bed rest can cause lower back pain. So have to avoid the long period of bed rest.

2. Keep Exercising

Activeness and regular activity will make the body active so, to keep away from back pain regular exercise is a good thing to do.

One good exercise is to sit on the edge of the bed with one leg extended and the other one on the floor. Give your hamstrings a stretch by leaning forward while keeping your back in a neutral position

3. Maintain Good Posture

While in work, the people's position is not correct. So due to incorrect posture while in activity and rest can cause back pain. So  Keeping the right amount of curvature in the back takes the pressure off the nerves and will reduce back pain.

4. Strengthen accessory muscles

There are lots of musculatures that can help to reduce back pain if they are strengthened. Like that the abdominal muscle strengthing will be also befitted

5. Apply Cold and Heat

Heating pads, as well as cold packs, can comfort tenderness in muscles of the trunk by the good circulation to the muscle and relaxation to the muscles.  Most mostly it is recommended that ice pack for the first 48 hours after an injury particularly if there is swelling and then after switching to heat.

6. Sleep the Right Way

Sleeping in a bad position or on a soft mattress can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Sleeping on the stomach causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back.

 7. Quit Smoking

Lighting up doesn’t just damage your lungs, it can also hurt your back. the different studies suggest that Nicotine causes the small blood vessels to constrict and decreases the delivery of blood to the soft tissue,
