i see blood while pooping and there is also pain when i go toilet or even when i sit or sleep. is it piles or fissure?

Need to examine and see whats its actually! Piles are generally painless and rarely painful! Fissure may be painful and if the stool is hard and if you have constipation! Please drink plenty of water and fresh vegetables and try to make your stool soft! If serious please visit to the hospital nearby!
