I have a small growth on my penis glans and foreskin as well, is it the symptoms of penile cancer? What is its remedy? Please suggest me.

In my opnion it might be genital wart as growth is in glans penis and foreskin. You can visit nearby dermatologist for checkup and conform the diagnosis.
