I am 18 yrs old male, mero left hand ko goli gatha mathi utheko xa, ali ali dukhera herda thaha vayo, testo ladeko pani kehi xaina. What might have happened? what might be the treatment?

it's been 5 days since I noticed, it is not that painful however it pains when using left hand for lifting or other works.
