Hello doctor Saab, As per my recent RBC count, I got 7 million which is elevated than the normal. At this moment, I am suffering from Sleep apnea(central sleep apena) by which my brain is not signaling enough electric Oxygen for my sleep. Whole night, I gotta wake up. My breath obstructs. My query is if my RBC high causes this sleep deprivation? Should I start meds? Is 7 million RBC count is terrible high? How can I minimize it? suggestion dinus na.....😭

nope! I haven't gone through any investigation. Is aforementioned blood count normal or horrible one?

There are various causes of red blood cell being high. Its called polycythemia and need to do other investigations for finding out the cause. Sleep apnea may too sometimes cause high RBCs. Have you done any check ups for it and consulted with the doctor ?
