It needs detail specialized tests like ANA, Rheumatoid factor and other antibodies.Where are you from? If possible contact your hospital where you are reading and consult with the doctor out there and be sure what you are having! Treatment should be done only after you are sure that you are having that disease by lab test and investigations. Thanks
