I feel difficulty in breathing and dizziness in head. Also I feel pain in chest. It has been many years that I am living with this condition. I am 35 year old male. I met a cardiologist when my condition worsened 6 mnths ago. He said I have high BP and gave me Mylod LH. My BP is stable but condition of heavy breathing is still the same. Also I had suffered liver problem in my life.

Thank you for the question. There are various causes of difficulty in breathing. They may be respiratory as well as cardiac causes. Respiratory causes includes COPD, Asthma and other similar lung diseases whereas cardiac causes may include ischemic heart diseases like angina and heart attack. The thorough examination and investigations are necessary to rule out these conditions. As you have high blood pressure too, its better consult the doctor again, do various investigations like ECG, Trade mill test, lipid profile and others as per suggestion. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have the habit. Get well soon!
