2 months and 3 weeks back I was diagnosed with L5-S1 tubercular spondylitis. I have been taking AKT-4 since then. Before using medicine ESR count was 64 and it fluctuated as 55, 22, 45, 40, 43, 10, 40. Is it fine to fluctuate ESR in such manner? Or do I need to consult any specialized doctor.? Please help.

Esr fluctuates during treatment. It is the sign of improvement.

ESR is not specific to any disease but signifies the chronic infection for long time. it may have rised due to tubercular infection. You need to take long course of medicine for tubercular spondylitis. Hope you are takig it. Consult the orthopaediacian if you are having any trouble or problem!
