i having right flank light pain (sharp) below ribs.i did USG and everything was shown good..after that i was given a muscle relaxing medicine (fortex something) which worked till i was taking it now it starting to comeback again.any suggestions.. ps. i did blood checkup too and urine test and they are good too..

Thank you for the question. It may be some muscle pain or spasm. If USG and urine test is normal it rules out the chance of kidney stone and urine infection. Drink plenty of water, take rest. If not relieved take the medication and contact the doctor.
