Past few months my Blood pressure is increasing , diastolic ranges from 94-101 meanwhile systolic is normal. I’m also taking Tranexamic acid for melasma right now. should I start medicine for hypertension?

How old are you? have your bp recorded for a week in a paper of everyday and visit some physician/cardiologist with the records. then we can suggest for starting medicines or any other lifestyle modification.
