Though i am taking pantaprazole every morning it has been more than 3 weeks my acidity is increasing. i feel like my stomach is getting empty fast and i feel nauseous. i also get hunger pangs like feeling but my appetite is also low.i also checked for hpylori but it came negative. why is my acidity gastritis increasing even after taking PPI??

Have you done endoscopy or did rapid test for H pylori? There may be various other stressors or causes that may precipitating the gastritis. Have consult with the gastro doctor once again.
