total bilirubin is 2.04 sgot n sgpt is about 40 and 70..k k garda thick hola k k kura ma badi care garnu parla ..aru k k blood investigation garnu parxa ?

Namaste Amrit Ji, SGPT 70 indicates liver injury. There are many causes of high SGPT. Common causes include Fatty Liver (Alcohol/Non Alcohol related), systemic infections, drugs side effects, viral hepatitis. Better consult a doctor in person for further evaluation. Mean while, please don't take any ayurvedic,herbal or homeopathic medicines. Thank you.
