Is really reumatic artheritis is uncureable in medical science? What may be treatmeant and how be safe from that disease?

Thank you for the question. It is autoimmune disease. So compete cure may not be possible. But you can minimize the symptoms by taking the medicine. There are different sort of medicine like analgesics, DMARDs etc. Please consult some rheumatologist or orthopedician for the medication and measures to prevent from it. Hope you get well soon.
