Hlw dr.my dad is having strange mold like smell in nose since 10/12 days.its getting better daily.he is using some nasal spray .but he's also having loss of appetite n nausea. He's diabetic,hrt n kidney patient.

Is it still present or improving ? Did he have cough, running nose earlier ?
