hello sir, what foods can be given to high bp pts???? Is bitterground juice good for high bp pts???? can we give to them??? please reply ASAP

Although there is no randomized controlled trial proving that bitterguard is helpful in reducing the blood pressure, some anecdotal observations indicate that it might be beneficial. The important things which will help decrease the blood pressure will be limiting the salt intake. Also regular exercise and weight loss will help with reduction of blood pressure Significantly.
