म अहिले 28 वर्ष को भए । मेरो विवाह भएको एक वर्ष भयो। हामिले गत वैशाख महिना देखि family planning को लागि प्रयास गरे पनि अहिले सम्म गर्भ रहेको छैन किन होला ।मेरो श्रीमती को महिनावारी नियमित हुँदैन प्राय 2 महिनाको आसपास मा हुने गर्छ। अनि अलि धेरै bleeding हुन्छ के भएको होला हामी तनाब मा छौं please suggest गरिदिनु होला ।हामिले कुनै औषधि को प्रयोग पनि गरेका छैनौं अहिले सम्म

Can you kindly tell how was the frequency of menstruation prior to marriage? Was it regular and monthly prior to marriage? And does she have any chronic illness/illness in the past(tuberculosis)? Have you ever had your or your partner's analysis for fertility? A detailed history and workup is necessary for the same.
