Hello hamro doctor team namaste πŸ™ I have one query about my infant. He is now 4.5 month running and I have been giving him cow milk since his age of 3.5 month running is it moderate what I m doing? Please let me know about it. Also may I have him cerlac while this time. πŸ™

cow milk or any Animal milk should be avoided atleast till 1 year of age, if possible avoid it till 2 years of age. encourage breastfeeding. weaning should be done after 6 months

Usually weaning (Giving solid foods beside milk) is done at 5 to 6months age till then milk is enough .Better to give mothers milk if possible but if not ....formula feed seems to be better to avoid Cows milk allergy .
