Mero middle chest ma burning sensation hunxa..Ani saas ferda uncomfortable hunxa.. Specially while sleeping..Does gastritis leads to these problems?

I am 17.I feel like something got stuck in my middle chest..I took medicine of gastritis too but it didn't work.I don't have any other symptoms..Just burning sensation in chest!
