i am 23 years old Women i have never had my period many ultrasound report says my uterus is not well developed it like a dot, but ovaries were normal and labia & clitoris and other structure are normal but have blind vagina there is no any way (there is only urethra ) is it possible to make my vagina normal?

You have a condition called Rokitansky Mayor Kustner Hauser syndrome. The upper one third of vagina will not be developed well .This is due to some chromosomal defect. A plastic surgeon can do vaginoplasty to make the vagina normal length.
