My wife is 28 years old and since few months she is spoting blood like brownish color discharge after 15 to 18 days of mensuration date. What is the reason behind this.

There may be various causes for spotting blood in between menses. It may be due to hormonal, some contraceptives, problem in uterus etc. You need to have proper examination and USG of abdomen done.
