I have pain in cervical spine and neck bones .i feel all the time dizzy and nowadays a burning sensation in the head and pain in hair roots .which medicine should i take for prevention or cure .i am outside of my country

It might be one of the reason from cervical spine so try to make some moment from job for appointment with an Orthopedic surgeon. till now you can take some analgesics and postural care of your neck . best wishes
