If it is asthma...Protect yourself from the probable triggering factors like cold,dust,pollens,animal fur,etc Remember this, the triggering factor may be unique to you only. And next thing is use of inhaler medication(containing steroids) on as needed basis,at first and on a regular basis(if symptoms not well controlled). Thankyou
