Necilox kid is the dispersible tablet containing ampicillin 125mg and cloxacillin 125 mg belonging to peicillin antibiotics and is used for the bacterial infections.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Put the tablet in mouth and let it be dispersed by the saliva.
- Do not swallow the tablet with water.
- Follow the dose and direction as per the direction.
Mode of Action
The mechanisms of action of ampicillin are interference with cell wall synthesis by attachment to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), inhibition of cell wall peptidoglycan synthesis and inactivation of inhibitors to autolytic enzymes. Cloxacillin exerts bactericidal activity via inhibition of bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding one or more of the penicillin binding proteins (PBPs). Exerts bacterial autolytic effect by inhibition of certain PBPs related to the activation of a bacterial autolytic process.
