D Pain consists of active constituents like Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. They work together and provide relief from pain, fever and inflammation. It is used in adults and children who are alteast 6 months old.

Dose and Direction of Use
Swallow the tablet whole by mouth. It is to be taken with food. Don't crush, chew or break the tablet. A child's dose of ibuprofen is based on the age and weight of the child.Use the medication as prescribed by your doctor.
Mode of Action
Inhibits synthesis of prostaglandins in body tissues by inhibiting at least 2 cyclo-oxygenase (COX) isoenzymes, COX-1 and COX-2 and blocks the release of such chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
May inhibit chemotaxis, alter lymphocyte activity, decrease proinflammatory cytokine activity, and inhibit neutrophil aggregation; these effects may contribute to anti-inflammatory activity

Contraindications
Don't use this medicine if you have:
- Hypersensitivity to Ibuprofen or Paracetamol or other NSAID
- Perioperative pain in setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery
Precautions and Warning
- Talk to your doctor about your medical condition like stomach problem, kidney problem, liver problem, heart problem.
- This drug might make you dizzy or drowsy or don't peform any activity that requires concentration until you know how the medicine affects you.
- Avoid smoking or alcohol as it may increase risk of side effects.
- This medication might make you sensitive to the sun. So, wear a scarf or use sunscreen before going out.
- Consult with your doctor if you are pregnant or breast feeding women before taking this medicine.
- May cause serious adverse reactions, including exfoliative dermatitis, toxic epidermal necrolysis, Steven's Johnson syndrome. So, don't take this medicine longer than prescribed.
