I was diagnosed with ovarian cyst and after taking one month of OCP the cyst was gone in ultrasound but the doctor recommended to continue OCP for 3 months and i took it accordingly... My last period was on 21st March and due to my exams i couldn't revisit the doctor and had stopped taking OCP on my own after taking it for 3 months...so is there chance that ovarian cyst reoccur immediately right now after getting off the pills
