डा साव नमस्कार । म chornic DVT को PT हु । म विगत २० वर्षदेखि WARFARIN खाइरहेको छु । अहिले म दैनिक २० mg warfarin सेवन गर्छु । मेरो पछिल्ले करिव १० दिन अगाडिको INR level 2.00 छ । यस्तो अवस्थाको म कोविड खोप (COVID VACCINE) लगाउन मिल्छ ? could u refer to vascular surgeon?
