Is indoscopic laser spinal surgery available in Nepal for herniated disc problem? Is lower back herniated disc problem safe having no further severe problem? please mention, don't just give the doctor's link.😭

no idea about leser surgery but yes there are centers for endoscopic spine surgeries.
