This is a difficult question to answer. lung cancer itself has a bad prognosis and if it is stage 4, i can’t really say much,the disease has spread away from lungs and we can’t do much,if its Stage IV B. And on top of it, if someone has DM and HTN, it is another spectrum to ponder on. So, the real question is , what treatment is someone going through? DM and HTN can itself add to worse prognostic factor, but the real question is treatment modality.
