penis tight frenulum ko lagi surgery bahek aru kunai upaya xa? if frenuloplasty should be needed then how much does it cost in Nepal?

Post Reply during erection the foreskin will go only half of the tip of penis and in normal condition it goes all the way back but because of tight frenulum it bends the tip of penis downwards.so what should i do? did i really need a surgery for this condition?
