feeling something stuck in my chest and neck. I have not eaten any stuck food. Actually,2 days ago near my house road construction was going on at night time and there was a lot of dust for 2-3 hours. I suspect that because of breathing in the dust I feel chest pain and after 1 days I am continuously feeling something stuck inside my chest and neck, so I am searching for a solution. I am r from Kathmandu, Nepal. Hoping to hear from you soon.

You may very likely have irritations due to dust. If you have chest pain, chest pathologies must be ruled out. ELSE, Use some antihistamines and throat gargles. In a week, you shall be fine if there aren't any underlying chronic pathologies and if this started simply due to exposure to dust!! If there are any associated features like fever, difficulty to breathe, rashes, bluish discoloration of skin, and mucous membranes, visit ER urgently.
