If the pain is associated with intake of fatty meals, go for an Ultrasound of Abdomen and Pelvis. To rule out pathologies related to chest, go for an Xray Chest PA view.

Could be a lot of things, from Acute Cholecystitis to Pneumonia to simple musculoskeletal pain to a lot of things to wonder about. A detail history of your age, gender, work, onset of pain, type of pain, duration of pain, shifting/radiation of pain, associated features etc shall help us to form an idea, and might help us to suggest better. Kindly explain them.
