All the tests can vary from minutes to hours, if you have any significant symptoms. For example, if a person was normal an hour before, his ECG would be normal, so will be his ECHO. But, if he had acute MI (myocardial infarction) the next hour, his ecg will change immediately. So, the validity of tests will depend on the presenting symptoms and clinical judgement of clinicians.
