Hello m 25 yrs female,malai piles ko problem X stage 2/3 m confused..(masu palako X kahile afai vitra janx kahile jadaina) bleeding chahi hunna but dry and itching hunx,may be internal haemorroids..plz suggest me some medicine..maile protek ointment use gareko thiye bt kaam vayena plz remedy vndinu hola
