I was tested Covid 19 positive 2 weeks ago and in the second test after 14 days I tested negative. But I'm having problems with my health like I'm experiencing muscle pain cough etc. Am I still infectious? Should I go for pcr test again?

Lots of post COVID patients study done outside showed easy fatiguability , loss of energy , muscle ache even after months of being recovered.Sometime diseases comes with sequele so better to eat healthy take adequate rest and go to visit hospital if symptom is progressive.
