Hello. You can talk to the doctor via chat, audio call, picture exchange and video call ( if the doctor is comfortable). There are several payment gateways like; E-sewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Fone Pay and so on. Once you choose a doctor for online consultation and follow the steps, the payment options will appear itself.
