Lower left abdomem pain spread to lower body,vomiting, indigestion , what are these symptoms of, my granma is having a hard time answer asap

If she is having much difficulty and is much painful please visit the hospital nearby for further investigation and evaluation. USG of abdomen and other tests need to be done to fund out the cause.
