I am 32 years male.I got pain at tip of penis mainly at night after ejucalation from 10 year and pain continue and slow down within 2 hour and feel to go for bowel moment between that time..I told to doctor and done urine test but its normal..and gave me ciprofloxin 500mg for 2 weeks but its not effective..no burns while urinating other time and water intake is 12 glass per day..
